CPL(Chess Premier League) provides its service to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

By using the service, you accept all of the terms and conditions of the privacy policy and these terms of service and represent to us that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally competent to enter into and agree to the terms and conditions of the privacy policy and these terms of service or are the parent or authorized guardian of someone less than 18 years of age for whom you have created an account. If you do not accept the privacy policy and these terms, then you are not authorized to use the service.

These terms of service include (1) an arbitration provision; (2) a waiver of rights to bring a class action against us; and (3) a release by you of all claims for damage against us that may arise out of your use of the services. By using the service, you hereby agree to these provisions.

Services

CPL(Chess Premier League) provides a collection of content, resources, tools, and technologies that enable users to enjoy chess and its surrounding culture (the "Service"). You accept that the Service may include advertisements. CPL(Chess Premier League) reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that CPL(Chess Premier League) shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Registration

In order to be permitted to use the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the required fields in Service's registration form and in the optional fields if you so choose; and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if CPL(Chess Premier League) has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CPL(Chess Premier League) has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

Minors & Children

CPL(Chess Premier League) is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents or guardians of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must create an account that is maintained by a legal guardian of at least 18 years old and monitor the child's usage. By allowing a child access to your account, you also give your child permission to access all areas of the Service. Please remember that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Service areas and/or Content are appropriate for your child.

Member Accounts

While many portions of the Service do not require registration, you may register as a user of CPL(Chess Premier League) to enjoy greater access or privileges. If you choose to register you will receive a username and password upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify CPL(Chess Premier League) of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. CPL(Chess Premier League) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. You acknowledge, consent and agree that CPL(Chess Premier League) may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any Content (as defined below) violates the law or the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of CPL(Chess Premier League), its users and the public.

Account Limitations

You acknowledge that CPL(Chess Premier League) may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on CPL(Chess Premier League)'s servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a given period of time. You agree that CPL(Chess Premier League) has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. Termination

You agree that CPL(Chess Premier League) may, with or without cause, and without prior notice, immediately terminate your CPL(Chess Premier League) account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. CPL(Chess Premier League) may terminate with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at CPL(Chess Premier League)’s sole discretion, including but not limited to Member's failure to conform with these terms and conditions of the Agreement. Cause for such termination may include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of these Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (h) non payment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your CPL(Chess Premier League) account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations shall be made in CPL(Chess Premier League)'s sole discretion and that CPL(Chess Premier League) shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.

YOUR FINANCE

1. Deposits 1.1 You may only join the Online Chess game with the amount of cleared funds held in your account. Accordingly, if you want to participate in Online Chess game, you must deposit monies into your account. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform CPL (Chess Premier League) without delay. CPL (Chess Premier League) will recover such funds by account adjustment. 1.6 Unless otherwise stated, all examples given on the Website/Mobile Application are given in US Dollar $. 1.7 In addition, CPL (Chess Premier League) shall be entitled to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts earned or received by you as a result of or in connection with your ‘unauthorized’ use of the Website/Mobile Application and mobile application including activities which are not for an authorized purpose. 1.8 CPL (Chess Premier League) does not charge for deposits made by Debit/Credit Card, however please be aware that some card issuers consider gaming transactions as ‘cash’ payments and therefore may charge you a cash advance fee. Please check with your card issuer for further details. 2. Withdrawals 2.1 Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Other 4.1 If we incur any charge-backs, reversals or other charges in respect of your account, we reserve the right to charge you for the relevant amounts incurred. 4.2 We may, at any time, set off any positive balance on your account against any amounts owed by you to CPL (Chess Premier League) or any company within the CPL (Chess Premier League) group. 4.3 You are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses to the tax and/or other authorities in your jurisdiction. 4.4 Internet gaming may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. Players Ratings How do ratings works on other platforms?

CPL Ratings: Everyone on CPL has a rating. The purpose of this rating is to try to show the level of skill of each player and to better match you against other players of equal rating. When you joined, you will be asked how experienced you are. • Beginner Player will start at 800 CPL Ratings • Intermediate Players will start at 1000 CPL Ratings • Club Players will start 1200 CPL Ratings • Experts Players will start at 1600 CPL Ratings We at CPL we have simplified the rating system which will be very easy for all the user to understand and follow. 1) Each match winning player will get 50 points addition to current ratings 2) Each match loosing player will get 50 points deduction from current rating 3) Each match ends up in draw there will no change to ratings of both the players We strongly believe that player’s game is deciding factor and the more you play your rating will quickly adjust to the your appropriate level.

Prizes

In the event that you win any Prize (monetary, or other) in any Competition (tournament, event, or other) on CPL(Chess Premier League), you hereby acknowledge and consent to CPL(Chess Premier League)’s ongoing investigation of your games whether related or unrelated to those occurring within the Competition and that any judgement made as a determination of your eligibility to win any Prize or a disqualification thereof shall lie with CPL(Chess Premier League). CPL(Chess Premier League) may, at its sole discretion, withhold any and all Prizes won in any Competition on our platform (website or mobile application) for any period of time pending investigation into your Games. Any decision by CPL(Chess Premier League) regarding forfeiture, reduction or cancellation of Prizes in accordance with CPL(Chess Premier League)’s Terms of Service shall be final and binding upon you and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party. By participating in any Competition you hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless our company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any costs, expenses damages, losses claims, actions or proceedings brought by you (or any third party on your behalf) (“Claims”), as a result of your participation in the Competition and/or any Prize that may or may not be awarded to you as a result thereof and CPL(Chess Premier League) fully excludes any liability in relation to any such Claims. CPL(Chess Premier League) shall not be liable to you for any failure to perform any of our obligations under the Competition or in respect of the Prize where CPL(Chess Premier League) is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You hereby agree to indemnify our company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and respective officers, directors, employees against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisor fees) suffered by CPL(Chess Premier League) arising as a result of a breach by you of your obligations under these Rules, the CPL(Chess Premier League) Terms of Service, the Tournament Rules or the Special Terms or in connection with your failure to follow any instructions given by our team or in relation to any matter concerning your participation in a Competition. In case of disputes or disagreements concerning any aspect of a Competition including but not limited to all matters relating to the awarding of the Prizes, an Entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Competition, the conduct of any Entrant, these Rules, the CPL(Chess Premier League) Terms of Service, the Tournament Rules or the Special Terms, the final decision shall lie with our team and any decision by CPL(Chess Premier League) shall be final and binding upon you and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.

Member Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to: • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; • post any comments, text, messages, or links in the forums or any public comments that contain any advertisements of any kind, including religious, political, or recruiting messages for CPL(Chess Premier League) groups, clubs, blogs, or any other content on or off of CPL(Chess Premier League); • post any comments, text, messages, or links in the forums or any public comments that is off topic or irrelevant to the purpose and content of the original content, game, article, blog, or forum topic; • threaten violence against anyone else or advocate harming yourself; • "stalk" or otherwise harass another; • impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a CPL(Chess Premier League) representative, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; • forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service; • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that includes the personal information of anyone else without their permission or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights of any party; • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose; • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; • disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges; • interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; • access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, CPL(Chess Premier League)'s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of CPL(Chess Premier League)’s providers; • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; • use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents; • intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, and any regulations having the force of law; and/or • collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in the paragraphs above. Indemnity

All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other proprietary designations of CPL(Chess Premier League) used herein are trademarks or registered trademarks of CPL(Chess Premier League). Other product and company names that are mentioned on the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners. CPL(Chess Premier League) reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Service. CPL(Chess Premier League) grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer/mobile phone; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by CPL(Chess Premier League) for use in accessing the Service.

All CPL(CHESS PREMIER LEAGUE) trademarks and service marks and other CPL(Chess Premier League) logos and product and service names are trademarks of CPL(Chess Premier League),Without CPL(Chess Premier League)'s prior permission, you agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner.

Copyright Policy

CPL(Chess Premier League) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. CPL(Chess Premier League) complies India’s Copyright Act, 1957. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that any Content has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; • identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a url); • your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address; • a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and • a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. This Service is provided by CPL(Chess Premier League) from its offices India. CPL(Chess Premier League) makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other locations. Those who choose to access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a Indian government embargo or that has been designated by the Indian government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any Indian government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

1.CPL (CHESS PREMIER LEAGUE) may offer referral programs (“Referral Program”) on the Platform to allow all its Users to receive certain rewards in the form of CPL (CHESS PREMIER LEAGUE) Tokens or cash (“Rewards”) for each player that they refer to play on the Platform 2. All active Users of the Platform are eligible to participate in the Referral Program except in cases where an Account has been suspended or has otherwise been disallowed by CPL (CHESS PREMIER LEAGUE) from participation in the Referral Program. 3. Only ‘successful referrals’ will be counted and eligible to receive the Rewards.
